The choice of brush and brush brush is of great importance for the end result when painting. There is also a difference between painting outdoors and indoors. Painting outdoors usually requires a coarser and more durable brush.
The most common is flat or round brush, and can be used for most things. A round brush is easier to paint straight edges with. With it you save money, ie. paints narrower edges, such as window frames, sprays or door frames.
Suitable for both water-based and oil-based paints. Does not absorb water in the same way as natural brush. Durable. There are many different types of synthetic brushes, including nylon and polyester.
Natural bristles usually mean pig bristles. The natural brush with its naturally split peaks absorbs and holds the color. Ideal for oil-based paints, varnishes, varnishes and wood oils. However, it should not be used for water-based paints, as the fibers in the brush absorb water and can thus lose tension.
Can be used for many different color types. Has good color absorption, good
color rendering and good wear resistance.
There are a number of special brushes, for example for facade painting, angles, ceilings, elements, floors, glue, lye, tar and red paint (horn suction), sheet metal, liming and insulation with tar.
